Fast Physical Fitness is the sum of my knowledge about how to get very fit very fast. Time is the one thing you can't make or get more of. Time gone is gone forever so let's not waste it;-!
Fitness has been a passion and hobby of mine for about 27 years. I started at 15 ish years old and I'll turn 43 in May of 2010.
After 27 years of reading, research, experience, mistakes, mistakes, mistakes:-?, and testing I'm finally satisfied I have something unique and valuable to offer.
In the information age too much information is the problem. Good specific information is the solution.
I will give simple, practical information on all areas of fitness. This site will have excellent information on nutrition, weight loss, weight gain, staying healthy, getting killer abs, or a nice butt;-) Workouts for sports and specific activities, and supplement information will be all here.
Fast Physical Fitness is about getting and staying fit in two and a half hours a week or less.
